Ms. Nivedita Sharma, a Senior Partner with 27 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, and corporate law, is a distinguished legal professional specialising in environmental law, media & entertainment, urban redevelopment, telecom, infrastructure, and energy sectors. She is a member of the Bar Council of India, the Delhi High Court Bar Association, and the Supreme Court Bar Association. With a strong academic foundation, she holds a B.Sc.
(1978), LL.B. (1993), a Diploma in International Business Law (1999), and an LL.M. (2001).
Harsh has appeared in various matters relating to consumer disputes before the Supreme Court of India and National Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum. In particular, she has handled matters related to Medical Negligence, Insurance and Builder- Buyers disputes.
