Bhagvan Swarup Shukla is a distinguished legal professional with over three decades of experience in litigation. He holds a B.A., LL.B. from the University of Allahabad and has been practicing before the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court since 1992. His areas of expertise include Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Arbitration, Service, Corporate, and Tax laws, and he has worked alongside eminent senior advocates on high-profile cases.
He currently serves as the Central Government Standing Counsel (CGSC) for the Delhi High Court and represents prestigious institutions such as Sangeet Natak Akademi (SNA), National School of Drama (NSD), and NCVET. As a member of the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court Bar Associations, he has played a key role in various legal initiatives and has participated in national conferences on contemporary legal and constitutional issues.
