Mr. Arihant Jain is a seasoned advocate and a respected member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, with over eight years of practice in civil and commercial litigation. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, various District Courts, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), State Commissions, and specialized tribunals in Delhi.
Mr. Jain has extensive experience across a broad range of practice areas, including Commercial Laws, Arbitration, Insurance Laws, Service Laws, Consumer Protection, Education Laws, and Intellectual Property Rights.
