With over 19 years of experience, Priyanka Dewan is a highly accomplished legal professional specializing in litigation, contract management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, securing 2nd rank, along with Post Graduate Diplomas in Cyber Law and Corporate Law, where she secured 1st rank. Her legal expertise spans various domains, including arbitration, labor law, land acquisition, and business restructuring.
During her 15-year tenure at NTPC Ltd., Priyanka was crucial in managing high-stakes litigation, mergers & acquisitions, regulatory matters, and compliance frameworks. She has worked extensively on contract drafting, arbitration, corporate transactions, and labour disputes, advising senior management on legal implications. She has also represented NTPC in public forums and company media, highlighting her leadership in the corporate legal sector.
